Paycom - ATS is seeking a part-time Front-End Supervisor in Telluride, CO to oversee daily front-end operations, supervise cashiers, and ensure smooth checkout experiences.

You will train new cashiers, handle cash procedures, and coordinate with the Front-End Manager to staff lanes and resolve issues. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversees cashier activities to ensure efficient checkout operations.
• Trains new cashiers on procedures, customer service standards, and product knowledge.
• Collaborates with Front End Manager to staff lanes and manage scheduling.
• Addresses disciplinary issues or performance concerns according to policies.
• Ensures front-end staff take breaks and follow safety and cash handling procedures.
• Performs cash audits and maintains security to prevent theft or fraud.
• Greets customers, resolves inquiries, and maintains a clean, welcoming checkout area.
• Ensures compliance with safety and sanitation standards and regulations.
