Burlington is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor / Selling Floor Supervisor to lead store operations, training, and customer service excellence. You’ll work with Store Management across Merchandising, Operations, and HR, driving results and building strong teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, developing, and coaching direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates per guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse, collaborative culture with teamwork.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations for excellent service.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Engage in community relations programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal/breaks and monitor schedule adherence.
