Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training and coaching of associates.

• Foster a diverse culture built on teamwork and partnerships.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations through company programs.
