Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor/ Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team in Toms River, NJ. This role reports to Store Management and drives sales through coaching, training, and exceptional customer service on the front end.

As a supervisor, you’ll promote safety, foster teamwork, and recruit and onboard new associates while coordinating workload and local community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year supervisory experience in off-price/big box/specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service orientation.
• Able to work full-time including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Able to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Coach and train direct reports to maximize sales.
• Uphold safety and company guidelines for customers and associates.
• Foster teamwork and a diverse, collaborative culture.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure excellent service.
• Support asset protection strategies to minimize shortage.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff.
• Participate in workload planning and community relations.
