Burlington Stores in New Jersey is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will supervise front-end operations, coach associates, and partner with management to drive sales while upholding safety and service standards.

You should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail setting, strong interpersonal skills, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues, make informed decisions, and supervise front-end operations.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Engage in community relations through company programs and partnerships.
