Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor / Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team in New York. This role reports to Store Management and focuses on supervising front-end operations, coaching teams, and driving sales while upholding safety and service standards.

You will lead by example, promote teamwork, and participate in hiring and training activities to support store growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move, lift, and handle store merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more.

Responsabilités

• Supervise all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for both customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Solve issues/concerns, making informed decisions and supervising front-end operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to eliminate shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Drive community relations through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
