Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will work closely with Store Management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Human Resources, serving as Manager on Duty.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
