Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring for a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor/Selling Floor Supervisor at our New Jersey store.

You will lead front-end operations, develop teams, and work closely with store management to drive results and customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big-box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more and to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through coaching and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety by following company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues, make informed decisions, and supervise front-end operations to ensure exceptional service.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent shrink.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Drive community relations through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
