Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Capable of coaching and developing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, coaching, and development.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to reduce shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in workload planning and community programs.
