Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team in New Jersey. You will work closely with Store Management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Human Resources as a Manager on Duty.

You’ll supervise store functions, coach associates, and uphold safety while driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Potential growth into higher management is highlighted in our program.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through coaching and development of direct reports.
• Ensure safety and adherence to company guidelines for customers and staff.
• Lead front-end operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Coordinate workload planning and weekly scheduling.
