Job summary

Burlington Stores in Springdale, OH, is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join the store leadership team. You will supervise store functions, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer service at the front end.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail setting, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, coaching, and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure excellent service.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to reduce shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal/break periods and monitor schedules.
