Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Front End Supervisor to join our store leadership team.

You will supervise front-end operations, coach associates, and partner with management to drive sales while ensuring exceptional customer service. The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail setting, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift up to 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, coaching and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate meals and breaks and monitor adherence to schedules.
• Drive community relations programs and partnerships to enhance visibility.
