Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor to join our store leadership team in Virginia. You’ll work with Management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and HR, guiding associates on the sales floor as the Manager on Duty.

You’ll lead by example, training and coaching teams to drive results, while upholding safety and company policies. This role offers growth opportunities and an inclusive, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big-box, or specialty retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Supervise all store functions and associates as a Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, coaching, and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following company guidelines.
• Foster a diverse, collaborative culture and teamwork.
• Resolve issues promptly and supervise front-end operations to ensure excellent customer service.
