Burlington Stores in Sioux Falls seeks a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to lead store operations on the floor and front end. You will oversee training, scheduling, and daily performance while ensuring top-notch customer service.

Base pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour. The role requires 1+ year supervisory experience in a retail setting and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal and engaging attitude for frontline leadership.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Train, develop, and coach direct reports to maximize sales results.
• Promote safety and ensure exceptional, friendly customer service at all times.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
