Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift merchandise and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Coach and train direct reports to maximize sales and service.
• Maintain safety and high standards of customer service at the front-end.
• Foster a diverse, collaborative culture and resolve issues.
• Support asset protection strategies and compliance with company guidelines.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and planning workloads.
• Engage in community relations and schedule adherence.
