Burlington Stores, Inc. in North Haven, CT is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team.

You will work with management in merchandising, customer service, operations, and HR to lead front-end operations and drive results. The role emphasizes team building, coaching direct reports, and delivering exceptional service while maintaining store standards, safety, and asset protection.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or big-box environment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift/move up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Train, coach, and develop direct reports to maximize sales results.
• Promote safety by following company guidelines and procedures.
• Foster a diverse, collaborative culture with the team.
• Solve issues and supervise front-end operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support Asset Protection initiatives to reduce shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
