Burlington is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor in Michigan. You will supervise store operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, training, and coaching on the front end.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a discount or big-box setting, strong people skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal and engaging attitude for team leadership.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more; stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Drive community relations through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
