You will supervise cashiers, manage schedules, and ensure smooth checkout experiences while maintaining policy compliance and friendly customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Prior cashier/front-end experience required.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs, especially during high volume.
• Ability to read and perform simple math.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist cashiers promptly and provide excellent service.
• Ensure proper bagging and carryout service per policy.
• Open extra registers to minimize wait times.
• Create and enforce front-end work schedules.
• Handle sales transactions and promotions in line with policies.
• Process Western Union and Money Order transactions.
• Report pricing issues and POS problems to management.
• Handle refunds, overrides, and cash handling requests.
• Enforce dress code and monitor breaks.
• Ensure compliance with return-to-stock and perishables handling.
• Use override keys only when permitted.
