Total Wine & More in Mission Valley (TX) seeks a Supervisor to support store operations, lead a service-focused team and drive a best-in-class shopping experience for customers. You will mentor staff, coach peers and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations while maintaining safety and cleanliness across the store.

The role emphasizes teamwork, relationship-building with customers, and achieving sales and service KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience; 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a team member capacity to support service, merchandising and front-end operations, drive sales and deliver key performance metrics.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Supervise team members and support their training and development in product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
