Job summary

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform all transactions; cash, checks, debit/credit/EBT, IDs, over rings, credits, suspended orders, refunds, bottle returns, coupons, gift certificates, lottery, Western Union, Ticket Master; all per policies.
• Ensure return-to-stock items are handled promptly, with perishable items priority.
• Know product locations and advertised Ad items, special prices, coupon deals, and store features.
• Train others to perform all department activities.
• Manage selection, scheduling, and supervision of staff to meet/exceed productivity.
• Handle spoiled/damaged products per guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked department and follow PPE, safety, food safety, cleaning, and guest experience standards.
• May assist in other departments as needed.
