Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create an environment where customers feel welcome and valued by answering questions about products.
• Gain knowledge of products and respond to questions with suggestions.
• Monitor and control supply expenses for the department.
• Assist with managing cash control, sales and cash items and records.
• Manage scheduling of Front-end associates for adequate coverage.
• Assist in preparing the department budget, P&L reviews, and action on financial reports.
• Develop and execute department action plans to achieve results.
• Collaborate with Front-end associates and promote teamwork.
• Display a positive attitude and stay current with ads.
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain temperature logs.
