• Maintain compliance records and prepare required paperwork.
• Monitor department expenses and cash controls.
• Schedule front-end staff to ensure adequate coverage.
• Assist with budget, P&L reviews, and action on financial reports.
• Develop and implement a department business plan.
• Create and execute sales promotions with store management.
• Stay current with ads and promotional plans.
• Ensure department adherence to safety and food handling guidelines.
• Coach and evaluate front-end staff; provide feedback.
