Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

• Ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.

• Must meet minimum age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure department associates are properly trained by certified trainers.
• Maintain communication across department, store and organization through board and task management.
• Observe and ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and food safety standards.
• Follow company policies and safety standards.
• Communicate needed equipment repairs or maintenance; keep area safe.
• Ensure all sales transactions and media are handled per policies and legal requirements.
• Supervise operation of the office/service desk/front end/kiosk.
• Secure cash drawers when unattended; protect assets.
• Understand labor reports, scheduling and ordering.
• Maintain Front End standards for efficient operations.
• Assist in performance appraisals and service observations.
• Maintain neat, well-groomed appearance; follow appearance policy.
• Perform cashier and/or bagging functions as needed.
• Assist in service desk/kiosk and bookkeeper tasks.
• Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
