Responsibilities

• Train department associates via certified trainers.
• Maintain communication across departments using boards and task management.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and food safety standards.
• Follow company policies and safety standards.
• Report equipment repairs and maintain a safe work area.
• Handle all sales transactions per policies and legal requirements.
• Supervise office/front-end operations and cash drawers.
• Understand labor and productivity reports, scheduling, and ordering.
• Follow Front End department practices for efficient operations.
• Assist in performance appraisals and service observations.
• Maintain neat personal appearance.
• Perform cashier and/or bagging duties as needed.
• Support service desk/kiosk/bookkeeper functions.
• Assist in specials and other tasks assigned.
