Responsibilities

• Train department associates through certified trainers.
• Maintain clear communication within the department, store and organization.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety and food safety standards.
• Follow company policies and safety standards.
• Report equipment repairs or maintenance needs and keep the area safe.
• Handle sales transactions in accordance with policy and law.
• Supervise office/service desk/front end operations for cleanliness and accuracy.
• Secure cash drawers and protect company assets at all times.
• Understand labor and productivity reports, scheduling and ordering.
• Assist in performance appraisals and service observations.
• Maintain professional appearance as per policy.
• Perform cashier and/or bagging functions as needed.
• Support special projects and other tasks assigned by supervisor.
