Responsibilities

• Supervises front end register and refund desk functions.
• Ensures associates are aware of store promotions, policies, procedures, and programs.
• Maintains front-end equipment and cash registers.
• Trains staff on store policies and Richter Merchandising System functions.
• Handles customer refunds, returns and complaints.
• Manages paperwork for inventory movement, price adjustments, returns, and cash operations.
• Interacts with customers and coworkers professionally.
• Performs Cashier Checker duties as needed.
• Makes recommendations for improvement.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
