Navy Exchange Little Creek is seeking a Supervisory Cashier Checker to supervise front end registers and refunds, and to help develop related operating policies and procedures.

You will schedule staff, train teammates, manage performance, ensure policy compliance, handle cash operations, processing returns, price matching, and customer service with a professional approach. This is a full-time role at the Little Creek location.

Qualifications

• 1 year responsible experience in clerical or retail sales work.
• 1½ years progressively responsible experience in retail sales.
• Substitution of education for experience allowed per policy; emphasis on supervision potential.

Responsabilités

• Supervises the front end register and refund desk functions, including scheduling and staffing.
• Trains staff on store policies, cash handling, and register operations.
• Ensures promotions, procedures, and programs are communicated to associates.
• Maintains cash registers and related equipment; handles refunds and returns per policy.
• Manages paperwork for inventory movement, price adjustments, and cash operations.
• Interacts with customers and coworkers in a friendly, professional manner; adheres to dress codes.
• Performs cashier checker duties as needed and seeks improvements.
