Fresh Value, Inc. in Gadsden, AL is seeking a hands-on Manager on Duty to supervise front-end staff and ensure smooth daily operations. The MOD will close the store on selected nights and help prepare for opening shifts.

You will oversee daily workflows, support customer service, enforce programs and policies, and train staff while maintaining safety and cleanliness across the front-end, restrooms, and parking area. Strong communication, organization, and delegation are essential.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least one year retail experience with increasing responsibility.
