Fresh Value #100 - Gadsden seeks a Manager on Duty to supervise front-end staff and support store operations. The role includes closing/opening duties and ensuring readiness for business each shift, with emphasis on customer service and adherence to policies.

The MOD will train staff, maintain safety and cleanliness, manage supplies, and execute assigned tasks while collaborating with Store Management to maintain smooth operation.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment with increasing responsibility.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily front-end staff workflow.
• Lead store in corporate programs and policies.
• Participate in discipline in collaboration with Store Management as needed.
