Qualifications

• 5 years of retail/industry experience with cash handling and management.
• Basic computer, POS and cash management knowledge.
• Strong understanding of store operations, merchandising, inventory, and labor planning.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach performance, and foster a positive culture.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support front end team members, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitor productivity to streamline the customer experience with fast, friendly checkouts.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Manage cash handling operations, including deposits and tills.
• Maintain cleanliness and merchandising standards in checkout and entrance areas.
• Coordinate with store leadership to support overall store operations and customer satisfaction goals.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty (MOD) as needed.
