Job summary

Target is seeking a Service & Engagement Executive Team Leader in Layton, Utah to lead Guest Advocates and Service leaders, drive total store sales and manage schedules for peak times, including checklanes, self-checkout, and drive up. You will shape a guest-first culture and deliver exceptional service.

The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to coach teams and manage performance.

• Engage in meaningful development conversations with the team.
• Ensure ethical conduct, safety and compliance across the store.
• Lead the team to deliver an efficient guest pickup experience.
• Align schedules to guest and business needs, including peak times.
