Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, merchandise flow, and customer service. You’ll be cross-trained to assist at the cash register and switch to front-end duties as needed.

We emphasize a clean, welcoming shopping environment and professional, friendly interactions with customers and teammates. A preferred high school diploma and prior retail or service experience are valued; strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills are

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment including restrooms.
• Providing friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register and protecting assets.
• Supporting front-end duties as needed.
