Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
• High School Diploma/GED Required.
• CRCR Certification required within 9 months of hire (Company Paid).

Responsibilities

• Admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and relay calls as applicable.
• Provide excellent customer service with compassion and accuracy.
• Work toward POS goals and ensure clean claim rate through auditing and reporting.
• Pre-register patient accounts and collect demographic, insurance, and financial information.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents.
• Screen material for medical necessity using ABN software and manage related forms.
