• Manage front-end costs, scheduling, and labor; monitor shrink and theft.
• Ensure front-end operations, cash handling, and audits are compliant.
• Maintain front-end cleanliness, organization, and equipment upkeep.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve customer issues.
