Qualifications

• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Accredited as Food Safety Manager or able to attain within 90 days.
• Must meet minimum age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage Front End operations including Service Center and Self-Checkout.
• Hire, train, and develop associates to meet department needs.
• Provide leadership to promote a culture aligned with Brand and Strategy.
• Support budgeted financials and KPIs.
• Maintain security, safety, and sanitation in the department.
• Ensure proper use of store tools and reports.
• Address customer needs with fast, friendly service.
• Record and report accidents following procedures.
• Adhere to local, state, federal regulations and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
