Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Front End Operations Support role in Nebraska. You will help implement policies and procedures for Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting, and work to improve the efficiency of department processes while ensuring a safe and pleasant shopping experience for customers.

The ideal candidate can multi-task, communicate effectively, and support training on company initiatives. Weekend and holiday availability may be required to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service with a focus on frontend operations.

• Familiarity with computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Front End department operations, policies and procedures.
• Improve efficiency of Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting processes.
• Ensure safe, effective customer service at all times within department.
• Provide training and support on Key Retailing initiatives.
• Assist store management in maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment.
