The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Front End Operations Support role in Burlington, WI. You will help drive day-to-day Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting processes, ensuring safe and friendly service across the department.

Responsibilities include training, coaching supervisors, promoting company initiatives, and maintaining an organized checkout and customer service environment. The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Store retail experience with emphasis on customer service.
• Ability to multi task and handle large workloads.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to learn a wide range of computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of department operations (people management, merchandising, inventory, scheduling).

Responsibilities

• Explore and develop more effective processes for Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting.
• Design a cleaner, more efficient working environment for Front End, Customer Service and Accounting.
• Ensure safe, effective customer service across the department.
• Improve key retailing metrics and customer feedback tools.
• Provide training and follow-up on all aspects of Key Retailing.
• Coach and train customer service managers and front-end supervisors.
• Promote and implement company initiatives and process improvements to reports.
• Support store management in maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment at check stands and related areas.
• Follow through on special assignments and perform any duties as needed.
