Job summary

Harmons Grocery in Utah seeks a Front End Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, mentor front end staff, and assist with checkout, bagging, and handling refunds or exchanges. You will help ensure pricing accuracy and promote the Foodie Club Card to customers.

This role requires strong communication, basic math, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring a balanced till. Weekend/evening availability is preferred to support store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; or any combination of education, experience, and training which provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Basic math and 10-key skills are required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are needed.
• Ability to supervise front end associates and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers.
• Train and mentor front end associates.
• Assist with checking and bagging items as needed.
• Handle refunds and exchanges and process at the front end.
• Ensure accurate pricing and proper use of the Foodie Club Card promotions.
