Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; five years grocery/retail experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills, including MS Office.
• Understanding of product rotation and shelf presentation.
• Passion for customer service and willingness to obtain forklift certification.
• Strong communication and conflict management abilities.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality and freshness of grocery, frozen, and dairy products.
• Receive, stock, rotate products, and manage inventory levels.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and signage, especially for ad items.
• Provide excellent customer service and mentor new associates.
• Assist with quarterly inventory and display end-caps.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and productivity standards.
