Job summary

Harps is seeking a Customer Service/Store Associate to manage front-end operations and ensure excellent customer experiences. You will handle registers, price tags, signage, and service desk duties, while maintaining inventory and displays with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum one year experience operating a cash register in retail, preferably grocery.
• Ability to count money accurately.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Front-end Operations: manage daily schedule, monitor customer flow, open registers, manage breaks and closing procedures.
• Transaction management: maintain shelf tags, price changes, signage and display integrity.
• Service Desk: operate tills, handle refunds, phones, and basic financial services.
• Demonstrate adaptability, coaching, and conflict resolution to support the team.
