The Kroger Co. front end department role provides day-to-day support of all Front End department operations, policies, processes and procedures.

Formación

• Experience in store front-end operations or retail customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and handle large workloads.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with common computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and store systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day support of Front End department operations, policies, processes and procedures.
• Explore and develop more effective, efficient processes for Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting.
• Design a cleaner, more efficient working environment for Front End, Customer Service and Accounting.
• Ensure safe, effective and efficient customer service throughout department.
• Coach and train customer service managers and front end supervisors.
• Support store management in maintaining a well-organized, pleasant shopping environment at check stands and related areas.
