The Kroger Co. in Colorado is seeking an experienced Front End Operations collaborator to support daily department workflows, policies and procedures while upholding our core values of respect, honesty and safety.

You will help streamline processes for Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting, coach supervisors, and promote company initiatives to improve the in-store shopping experience and operational efficiency.

Formación

• Willing to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or nights as the work demands.
• Willing and available to work weekends and holidays as needed (Prime Time).
• Store retail experience with an emphasis on customer service and front-end operations.
• Ability to multi task and handle large workloads.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to learn a wide range of computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ACE, Supersked, etc.
• Understanding of all key components of department operations (managing people, merchandising, inventory management, shrink control, customer service, labor scheduling, expense control).
• Past work record must exhibit a high level of integrity and dependability.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day support of Front End operations, policies, processes and procedures.
• Explore and develop more effective processes for Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting.
• Design a cleaner, more efficient working environment for Front End, Customer Service and Accounting.
• Ensure safe and efficient customer service throughout the department.
• Coach and train customer service managers and front end supervisors.
• Promote and implement company initiatives and process improvements to reports and staff.
• Support store management in maintaining a well-organized, clean shopping environment at check stands and surrounding areas.
• Follow through on special assignments and perform duties as assigned.
