Responsibilities include refining processes for Front End and Customer Service, coaching supervisors, supporting management, and contributing to performance metrics like Customer Comment

Qualifications

• Willing to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or nights as needed.
• Store retail experience with emphasis on customer service and front-end operations.
• Ability to multi task and handle large workloads.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Explore and develop more effective processes for Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting.
• Design a cleaner, more efficient working environment for Front End, Customer Service and Accounting.
• Ensure safe, effective and efficient customer service across the department.
• Improve reporting and utilization of key retailing metrics and evaluations.
• Provide training, support and follow up on all aspects of Key Retailing.
• Coach and train customer service managers and front end supervisors.
• Support store management in maintaining a well-organized, clean shopping environment at the check stands and surrounding areas.
• Follow through on special assignments and perform any duties as assigned.
