Qualifications

• A high school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques preferred.
• Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills.
• Must have effective interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Desire and ability to lead and manage a team.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Must meet minimum age requirements.

Responsabilités

• Ensure department associates are properly trained by certified trainers.
• Maintain solid communication in the department, the store, and throughout the organization.
• Observe and ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and food safety standards.
• Observe and follow all company policies and establish procedures; support safety standards.
• Communicate needed equipment repairs or maintenance; keep area safe and debris-free.
• Ensure sales transactions and media are handled per policies and legal requirements.
• Supervise the operation of the front end/service desk/kiosk; ensure cleanliness and accurate transactions.
• Secure cash drawers and protect assets at all times.
• Understand labor reports, scheduling, and ordering.
• Follow Front End standard practices to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist in performing performance appraisals and service observations.
• Maintain neat personal appearance and adhere to appearance policy.
• Perform cashier and/or bagging functions as needed.
• Assist in front end/bookkeeper functions and special projects as assigned.
