Responsibilities

• Train department associates through certified trainers.
• Maintain open communication across the department, store, and organization.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and food safety standards.
• Follow company policies and safety standards.
• Report equipment repairs and keep the work area safe.
• Handle all sales transactions according to policies and legal requirements.
• Supervise front end operations including service desk and cash handling.
• Secure cash drawers when unattended and protect assets.
• Understand labor, productivity reports, scheduling, and ordering.
• Follow Front End standard practices for efficient operations.
• Assist in performance appraisals and service observations.
• Maintain neat appearance and comply with appearance policy.
