Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure department associates are properly trained by certified trainers.
• Maintain solid communication within the department, store, and organization using established channels.
• Observe and ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and food safety standards.
• Follow all company policies and safety standards; assist with safety compliance.
• Communicate equipment repairs or maintenance needs; keep work area safe and clean.
• Handle sales transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Supervise front end operations to ensure customer service and accurate transactions.
• Secure cash drawers when unattended and protect company assets.
• Understand labor, productivity, scheduling, and ordering reports.
• Follow Front End practices to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist in performance appraisals and service observations.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to appearance policy.
• Perform cashier/bagging and service desk/bookkeeper tasks as needed.
• Assist in special projects as assigned.
