Responsibilities

• Support daily front-end operations, including checkout, customer service, and service desk functions.
• Monitor customer traffic and assist with staffing adjustments to maintain service standards.
• Help ensure efficient operation of registers, self-checkout areas, and customer service functions.
• Support execution of company programs, promotions, and operational initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining front-end organization, cleanliness, and readiness throughout the day.
• Provide leadership in the absence of the Service Operations Manager.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and associate engagement.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
