Meijer in Michigan seeks a Service Coordinator to support front-end operations and deliver a high-quality shopping experience. You will coordinate checkout flow, maintain standards, and assign work for cashiers and service desk staff to meet productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Complete the Service Coordinator training curriculum.
• Operate cash register systems and financial services equipment.
• Strong communication and customer-oriented approach.
• Organized with attention to details and sense of urgency.
• Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities.
• Willingness to lift/carry/push/pull as needed.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate handoffs between shifts with peer leadership.
• Conduct department walks and shift hand-offs when leaders are absent.
• Monitor shrink and financial outcomes; escalate concerns.
• Lead community program participation and engage with TMRG.
• Serve as a certified trainer for team members.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentoring.
• Act as SME for market programs and pilots.
• Assign tasks with the team leader and ensure completion.
