Job summary

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the Service Coordinator training curriculum (Cashier, Service Desk, Courtesy).
• Ability to operate cash register system and all financial services equipment
• Strong communication, customer focus, organized, detail oriented, sense of urgency
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
• Physical ability to lift/carry/push/pull and bend as required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate handoffs between shifts with peer leadership.
• Lead department walk-throughs and shift-to-shift handoffs when leaders are absent.
• Coordinate actions to monitor and control shrink and financial outcomes.
• Escalate concerns to leadership as they arise.
• Champion participation in community programs.
• Lead by example with behaviors and TMRG engagement.
• Serve as certified trainer for team members in their span of care.
• Mentor on-the-job training and guidance for team members.
• Serve as SME for market programs, pilots, and training initiatives.
• Assign tasks within the department and follow up for completion.
