Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and manage a team.

• Must be able to meet minimum age requirements and pass safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Front End operations including Service Center, Self-Checkout and Food Lion To-Go.
• Hire, train, and develop associates to meet department needs.
• Supervise the performance of all duties and provide ongoing performance coaching and appraisals.
• Provide leadership to promote brand culture and customer service excellence.
• Support achievement of budgeted financials, operating results and KPIs.
• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer service and fast, friendly shopping experiences.
• Ensure proper control of store funds and company assets.
• Record and report accidents and ensure safety compliance.
• Observe and correct unsafe conditions and ensure adherence to regulations.
